Wello Horld is bringing a brand new style of interactions to the Web, and we're looking for people to join us. We're an exceedingly creative team with strong venture backing, and we're building an innovative Web service, so we're hiring as much for idea generation as for coding skills (though we'll require your 'A' game in both areas). What we're looking for:

JavaScript Wizards We need ambitious, energetic and creative JavaScript developers who weave a web of DOM manipulation and generally break the mold to fix the web. If this sounds fun to you, get in touch!

Server-Side Java/C++ Engineers: We need ambitious, energetic and creative developers who can work in Java and/or C++ to help build a suite of Web services based around our core application. If you like to get under the hood of complex systems and make things run quickly and smoothly, get in touch.

Web Developers: We've got a variety of innovative UI elements to build. If you're a Flash wiz, JavaScript master, php expert, or all of the above, we'd like to hear from you.

Database Administrator: We're going to be handling a great deal of real-time data flow, and we need to treat it right. If you know MySQL inside and out and like handling partition and schema design, let us know.
